Between demanding schedules, traveling and trying to get out the door on time for Mass, it can be challenging to tithe on regular basis as God calls us to do. Plus, for many families, the parish is one of the last places you still have to use a checkbook or cash.
Good Shepherd Catholic Community is excited to offer online giving to easily offer one-time as well as recurring gifts! Simply make a secure donation via a electronic check (ACH) or debit/credit card using the form on this page

How will I know my gift was received?
Email notifications will confirm your gift was received. Recurring gifts receive notification just prior to, and when each gift is processed.
Is it safe and secure?
Online gifts meet the same security standards and online banking. Just be sure to use a secure internet connection (not a public WiFi spot).
What are the parish benefits?
Processing and reporting is much faster and more efficient, and there's no need to ever collect or store parishioner account information.
When it comes to financial support of your favorite charities, we are usually encouraged to be intentional and consistent in our giving. It helps to pick a set amount and set the frequency or time for giving.
In order to help you with your financial stewardship, Good Shepherd offers many methods for planned giving.
1. You may subscribe to receive weekly envelopes to place your donation in the Sunday collection and receive a report of charitable giving at the end of the year. Contact the priest in order to set up weekly envelopes.
2. You may donate online by one time, yearly, quarterly, or monthly donations. No matter where you are, you can be assured that you have supported your local church. At the end of the year, we will give you a report of your online giving.
3. There are also opportunities to give stocks and donate directly from your retirement accounts. Or even leave a bequest to the church in your will. Contact the priest or the Diocese of Boise to set up these opportunties.
4. Each of the Good Shepherd Missions have a "special projects" or "building fund" account. If you wish you may direct a special donation to one of these accounts in order to help fund special projects or building updates.
5. Each year as a parish in the Diocese of Boise, you are encouraged to support the Diocesan Level ministries through the Idaho Catholic Appeal. Please consider donating each year to the Idaho Catholic Appeal on behalf of the Good Shepherd Catholic Community.
